EcoYoga scotland retreats

A long weekend of assisted self practice – a space to reflect, reconnect and feel inspired.


4 morning Mysore classes & 3 afternoon sessions.


The mornings will start with a Mysore style self practice. Following the traditional method of Astanga Yoga, the focus will be on healthy alignment, with guidance to make the sequence work for each individual.
All levels are welcome.
The afternoon sessions will consist of Yin classes - to balance the dynamic (Yang) morning practice.
This will be a perfect time to delve deeper into your own personal practice, enjoy space to relax and simply take time out to be closer to nature.
