I have been practicing Astanga for over 10 years and teaching since 2008. With a background in media, anthropology, and a stint in PR, I initially experimented with a variety of yoga paths, before deciding to trade my desk for a yoga mat, and practice in India, where I return every year to study, travel and learn.
In 2014, I received the Level 1 KPJAYI Authorisation by R. Sharath Jois in Mysore, and have been assisting Hamish Hendry at Astanga Yoga London since 2011. I am currently working on the Advanced A & B series under Hamish’s guidance.
I have also studied with a number of inspiring teachers such as Rolf Naujokat, Norman Blair, Gingi Lee and Clive Sheridan.

Yoga -in all its forms- fascinates me. I love to observe its effects and the intricate links between physical and mental wellbeing. I love helping and watching students develop, and believe yoga is a lifelong learning process: a dedicated, regular –and yet fun- practice can only bring forth increased energy and happiness.
